A recent article on the Reebok CrossFit Games website highlighted several of the changes in my life, training, and overall experience as an athlete in the past year. In addition to the changes described, this past year has also been a year of heightened attention and proactive efforts in regards to proper nutrition and recovery. Amidst an incredibly busy schedule and all the circumstantial change, I have been able to do this with the support of Stronger Faster Healthier products.
I am often asked about my satisfaction with these products, what benefits I have seen, and whether I would recommend them to others? I will take a moment to address all three.
I have been incredibly satisfied with SFH products. I have found the Recovery and Daily Balance products to be extremely beneficial in maintaining my daily intake of protein and amino acids. As a working-mom and athlete always on the run, these products have helped me through even the busiest of days.

My favorite morning combination:
1 scoop vanilla Daily Balance
1/2 banana
1 tsp peanut butter
1 cup almond milk
ice
The Omega 3 Oil has also been incredibly beneficial in my recovery process. I take this daily (chocolate is my favorite) and have found it very helpful with decreasing joint pain and overall muscle soreness. During times of injury or extreme stress, I have slightly increased my dosage and experienced noticeable improvement in my condition.
After consistently taking these products and experiencing the positive benefits for the last 9 months, I highly recommend them to others. I can honestly say that I am a stronger, faster, and healthier athlete than I have ever been. I have just received my first Endurance line of products and look forward to experiencing the positive benefits of them as well. I am grateful for the opportunity to be an ambassador for such a high quality product.

Great post! I'm going to try a few of those! I recently have been trying to make crossfit a bigger part of my life. There are no crossfitters where I live and I was wondering if there was any advice to help my crossfit dreams become a reality? I am and want to be more dedicated to the sport.
ReplyDeleteHey Lindsey, I checked out strongerfasterhealthier at Games. I noticed that they are grass-fed, which is AWESOME...but do you know if it's a little more gentle on the stomach than other whey proteins? I'm curious about trying them out, but whey proteins tend to jack my digestion a little, and I was hoping this was more gentle because of the fact that it's grass-fed..? :)
ReplyDeleteThank you
